Welcome to our family home nestled on Old Franklin Hilltop in the middle of the scenic Laurel Highlands.

Located just a mile from the PA turnpike, our tuscan villa is the perfect place to have your corporate event, meeting, rehearsal dinner, family reunion, weekend getaway or vacation.

Enjoy the stunning views from the pool deck and elevated out-door jacuzzi. Star gaze spring, summer, fall and winter from our flag stone patio deck and relax in the hot tub after full days of family fun.

We are convenient to Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh International Airport and all the attractions afforded by the Laurel Mountains such as Seven Springs and Hidden Valley resorts. (About 20 minutes away.)

We take pride in our luxurious home and hope our guests can leave refreshed and renewed just as we do. The home is decorated as a tuscan villa and hunting lodge and features several mounted animals, plaster artwork, rustic furniture, large couches and comfortable sitting areas.

Our kitchen comes stocked with large serving bowls and all kitchen appliances to serve family style. Extra tables and chairs can be provided should your group need additional seating. Guests at our home can enjoy our pool and adjacent jacuzzi/hot-tub, our bocce ball court and our large patio and deck, complete with outdoor furniture.

Our home also features wi-fi, out-door pizza oven, fully equipped kitchen and work out equipment on the lower level. Bed linens, towels and soap are included at no additional charge.

Able to sleep 20+ people. The first floor is handicap accessible with some limitations. For guests who would like to see the sights, play golf or enjoy out door sport, many options are within a just few minute’s drive. Whether you take advantage of all the outdoor activities nearby or prefer to snuggle up next to our fireplace, you will experience a comfortable stay in a secluded mountain environment with all the luxurious conveniences to make your getaway over the top.
